An Interactive Session on *"Women Entrepreneurs: A Way Forward"*
The Department of Commerce, in collaboration with the Entrepreneurship Development Cell, organized an inspiring interactive session for students on the *11th of October, 2024,* to celebrate the strength and success of women on the occasion of Navratri.
The session, titled "Women Entrepreneurs: A Way Forward," aimed to motivate students to consider entrepreneurship as a career path.
The session featured an esteemed guest, *Ms. Swati Thorat, founder of the renowned Cotton Village brand.* She shared her remarkable journey from being an ordinary woman to becoming a successful entrepreneur. Through her experiences, she encouraged students to embrace the challenges of entrepreneurship and to pursue their dreams with confidence and determination.
The event witnessed active participation from students, who engaged enthusiastically in the discussions and gained valuable insights into the world of entrepreneurship.
