Trade Fair

 The Department of Commerce had organized Trade Fair on 14.02.2025.

The objective was to provide a platform for students to showcase their entrepreneurial and marketing skills, as well as to promote digital payments.

Students from all departments participated, setting up stalls with food delicacies, entertaining games, and merchandise. 

A total of 15 groups and 112 students took part in the event. The fair received an overwhelming response from students, teaching staff, and non-teaching staff.

Faculties from our sister institutes also visited and appreciated the event.

Mad Ad Competition

 The Department of Commerce had organized a *Mad Ad Competition* on 12th February 2025 , providing students with an exciting platform to enhance their creativity, marketing skills, and teamwork. The event encouraged participants to develop innovative advertisements, showcasing their presentation abilities and persuasive communication skills.  

The primary objective was to foster creativity and innovation in advertising, to enhance students' marketing and presentation skills, to promote teamwork and strategic thinking in a competitive environment.  

Total 44 students participated, forming 13 groups. They effectively demonstrated their ability to create engaging and persuasive advertisements, making the competition an enriching experiential learning opportunity. 

The competition was judged by Dr. Sushil Gangane and Asst Prof Swapnil Kamble

This successful activity was conducted by Dr. Ashwini Parkhi ,Dr. Shilpa Kabra.,Dr. Sushil Gangane , Dr Punam Shinde and Asst Prof Kashmira Jain.

The event concluded with valuable students feedback.

Madanbhau Maha Karandak

  Double Celebration for *MMCC* Art Circle! 

Heartiest congratulations on securing 2nd position at the Madanbhau Maha Karandak state-level drama competition in Sangli!  Competing against 80 teams, making it to the final 25 and excelling in a 3-day competition is a testament to your talent and hard work.

Adding to the glory, the team also got the honor of performing at the prestigious International Kala Ghoda Festival in Mumbai!  Such a proud moment!

Sur aur Saaz and Royal Chronicles

 The Cultural Department successfully conducted a 2 days cultural extravaganza on Jan 28 & 29, 2025, celebrating India's rich heritage through music, fashion and traditions. The event featured mesmerizing performances that captivated the audience.

*Sur aur Saaz*: A soulful musical journey blending classical and contemporary melodies.
*Royal Chronicles*: A majestic showcase of India’s royal legacy through elegant attire and graceful performances.
*Incredible India – Festivals of India*: A vibrant portrayal of India’s diverse festivals, highlighting unity in diversity.
The event was a resounding success, reflecting the deep-rooted cultural essence of our country.
We express our heartfelt gratitude to our esteemed Chief Guest, *Sr. PI Smt. Nimbalkar*, for gracing the occasion with her presence and inspiring us with her words. Sawai Karandak

Our Art Circle Team got selected for the Final round of *Sawai Karandak* and they performed yesterday at Mumbai where Shreyas Joshi got awarded as *'Sawai Abhineta'.*
