𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 ⏰⚔️

⚜️The Department of Commerce successfully organized a Debate Competition on Thursday, 21st August 2025, providing a platform for students to showcase their critical thinking💭 and public speaking skills.🗣️


🔖The event was graced by the presence of the Chief Guest, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐕𝐢𝐝𝐡𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐢 𝐓𝐞𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐢, who encouraged students to engage in informed discussions and develop a balanced perspective on contemporary issues.

The competition featured two topics:
📌“Is 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐁𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐡?” and

📌“𝐕𝐢𝐤𝐬𝐢𝐭 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒: 𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲?”.

🎯The debates highlighted diverse perspectives on the role of technology in financial transactions and India’s developmental aspirations, sparking meaningful conversations among participants and the audience.✨

💫There was an excellent student response for the competition, making the event lively and engaging. Students from B.Com and M.Com enthusiastically participated, presenting well-researched arguments and engaging in interactive exchanges that reflected their analytical abilities.

✨The event not only enhanced the students’ communication and reasoning skills but also inspired them to stay informed and proactive about national and economic issues.🌏🗞️

🎊Heartily congratulations 🥳🎉 to the participants and the winners for the competition Shrushti Kawade and Gautam Hiran , and best speakers in the competition Ayush Randive and Varun Mastargol.
