Under the initiative of the Internal Complaint Committee, in collaboration with the Department of Business Administration, a guest lecture was conducted on “Anti-Sexual Harassment—An Awareness of the POSH Act.”
The session aimed to educate students about the key provisions and importance of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013—widely known as the POSH Act.The insightful lecture by Adv. Shubhangi Deshmukh focused on identifying, preventing, and addressing sexual harassment in both academic and professional settings. It also highlighted the rights and responsibilities of individuals in fostering a respectful and safe work environment.
An interactive and impactful session, it successfully promoted awareness and helped strengthen the culture of dignity and safety within the institution.
