5 days Self defence Training Sessions

 We are pleased to inform that Student Development Cell and Sports Department has organised *5 days Self defence Training Sessions* for girl students, details of the sessions are as follows: 

*Day -1 - 4/3/2025*
✅ Lecture on self defence of Sakshi Tandalekar and Rupali Chorage Madam.
✅ Introduction of self defence.
✅ Worm Up
✅ Basic Punch
✅ Cooling Down Exercise 
*Day - 2 - 4/3/2025*
✅ Discussion with students how to use of self defence 
✅ Worm Up 
✅ Basic punch, Block and Stance of Karate.
✅ Block and punch Partner training 
✅ Fitness Exercises 
✅ Cooling Down Exercise 
*Day 3 - 6/3/2025*
✅ Worm Up 
✅ Day 2 practice.
✅ Introduction of human body and weak points in human body
✅Road Fight techniques 
✅ Fitness Exercises
✅ Cooling Down Exercise
*Day 4.-7/3/2025*
✅ Worm Up 
✅ Day 3 practice.
✅ Basic 2 kick of karate
✅Road Fight techniques 
✅ Lathi-kathi introduction 
✅ Basic moves of Lathi-kathi
✅ Fitness Exercises
✅ Cooling Down Exercise
*Day 5.*   *8/3/2025*
✅ Worm Up 
✅ Day 1 to 4 practice.
✅Road Fight techniques 
✅ Lathi-kathi Attack and Defence 
✅ ADVANCE moves of Lathi-kathi
✅ Fitness Exercises
✅ Cooling Down Exercise

Above 92 girl students took benefit of all the above sessions.
