on
“Redefining Institutional Perspective Plans
in View of NEP 2020”
Dr. Naresh Bodkhe, Director (Economics), Competition Commision of India, New Delhi and Chief Guest of the seminar, in his keynote address on “Incorporating Interventions of NEP 2020 in Redefining Institutional Roadmap” discussed about envisioning, defining goals, setting benchmarks, identifying bottlenecks, addressing expectations of stakeholders and preparing for autonomy; to truly realize the essence of Atmanirbhar Bharat through the vision of NEP 2020.
The technical session by Dr. Sanjay Kharat, Principal, Modern College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Ganeshkhind discussed “NAAC & Revised Online Assessment and Accreditation of Higher Educational Institute” and the changes in accreditation process to have transparency and accountability.
Mr. Pradeep Lokhande, Founding member, Rural Marketing Association of India made the participants aware of the importance of experiential learning & critical thinking through his technical topic, “Reimagining Teaching Learning Evaluation in Institutional Perspective Plans”.
The third technical session by CA Adwait Bamboli, Partner, AVB & Co, Senate member, Savitribai Phule Pune University spoke on “Reinventing New Channels for Collaborations in view of Research, Innovation and Extension Activities”. He discussed the essence of NEP 2020 and underlined the need for reinventing different pedagogies for implementation of NEP through research and social outreach programs incorporated in the institutional plans.
Dr. Prashant Bansode, Professor and Dean of faculty, Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Pune
; addressed the participants during the valedictory function. He discussed the role of IQAC in Higher
Education Institutions for ensuring quality education through well defined systems and processes for the
implementation of best practices while envisioning NEP 2020.
