`Navrang`
We received overwhelming response of more than three hundred registered students. Cultural Committee head, Prof. Meenal Kabara, and members of the cultural committee meticulously planned and executed the event on Tuesday 4th October 10:00 am. Principal Dr Devidas Golhar officially inaugurated the festival with an auspicious Durga Pooja at the corner of Students Circle a dedicated space for MMCC students. Teachers and students collectively participated in the Indian traditional attires.
The participated students with the help of volunteers gathered in a space and performed on the cultural, traditional songs of Garaba and Dandiya. The beauty of diversity reflected in the program when everyone performed on the single beat, single clap and with a Dandiya hit, with a peaceful smile!
Apart from the performance, students were shortlisted and awarded with Best Performer (Male and Female), Best Costume (Male and Female) at the concluding. MMCC believe in democratic values and respects all the religious festivals. It develops a sense of unity among students.
