TheDepartment of Business AdministrationatMarathwada Mitra Mandal’s College of Commerce (MMCC)successfully organized aFive-Day Induction Programfor the students ofFY BBA and BBA-IBfrom28th October to 1st November 2025.
The program aimed to orient new students to academic, professional, and social aspects of their journey, providing a foundation for personal growth and success in business education.
ЁЯМЯ Objective of the Program
The Induction Program was designed to ease the transition from school to college life, helping students explore learning opportunities, develop self-awareness, and understand the relevance of management education in shaping future leaders.
Through a series of workshops, guest lectures, and interactive sessions, students engaged with experts and faculty who shared valuable insights into entrepreneurship, corporate readiness, intellectual property, and ethical conduct.
ЁЯТб Day 1 (28th October 2025): Workshop on Intellectual Property Rights
The inaugural session, led byAdv. Kshitija Kulkarni, focused on the fundamentals ofIntellectual Property Rights (IPR).
Students learned aboutpatents, copyrights, and trademarksand their significance in protecting creativity and innovation in the business landscape.

On the second day,Mr. Pradeep Kopardekarconducted an inspiring session onEntrepreneurial Development, encouraging students to adopt an entrepreneurial mindset.
The workshop emphasizedrisk-taking, innovation, and business opportunity identification, preparing students for future leadership roles.

Mrs. Aditi Ganagedelivered an insightful session titled“Campus to Corporate”, bridging the gap between academics and the professional world.
She highlighted essentialcorporate skills, communication, workplace ethics,and the mindset required for career success.

The day began with a motivating address byPrincipal Dr. Ganesh Patare, who emphasized the importance ofself-awareness and SWOT analysisfor holistic personality development.
Faculty members then introduced their respective subjects and discussed updates under theNEP 2020 curriculum, helping students understand the academic structure and expectations.

The final day featured an awareness session titled“Together Against Ragging: A Safe and Respectful Campus.”
API Ganesh Jadhav,Mrs. Sangeeta Khawale,Mrs. Sumedha Munde, andDamini Marshalconducted the workshop, highlightinganti-ragging lawsand the importance of building arespectful, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment.

TheFive-Day Induction Programwas conducted under the guidance ofDr. Gurmeet Kaur Rajpal (Head, Department of Business Administration).
Her leadership, along with the dedicated efforts of faculty and student volunteers, ensured the smooth and successful execution of the event.
The program helped students embark on their academic journey at MMCC with clarity, confidence, and a sense of purpose — setting the tone for a future defined by knowledge, integrity, and leadership.
