Dr. Punam Shinde selected as an author for a UGC Marathi textbook

 I am happy to share that I have been selected as an author for a UGC Marathi textbook in the Commerce stream, among 50 authors from Maharashtra across the Science, Commerce, and Arts streams. This prestigious project is led by the *Ministry of Education (Government of India), UGC, Bhartiya Bhasha Samiti, Marathi Bhasha Samvardhan Samiti, and SPPU*.


SPPU organized a two-day workshop to guide authors in textbook writing. I sincerely thank our Principal, Dr. Ganesh Patare Sir, for his support and for granting me permission to attend this session. I also extend my gratitude to the BCom Coordinator, Dr. Ashwini Parkhi Ma’am, for her support and cooperation.🙏🏻😊

Management Development Program (MDP) at Girivan, (Mulshi)

On 22nd March, 2025 the college organized a highly successful Management Development Program (MDP) at Girivan, (Mulshi) that combined insightful learning with engaging activities, making it a truly enriching experience for all participants.

The program featured exciting management games and fun activities to enhance learning in an engaging way.

Participants took part in team-building exercises, strategic decision-making simulations, and problem-solving challenges, which helped them apply management concepts in real-time scenarios. The management games encouraged creative thinking, collaboration, and effective decision-making.

To add an element of fun, the event also included many activities ensuring a lively and energetic atmosphere. These activities not only strengthened team dynamics but also made learning enjoyable and memorable.

Overall, the MDP was a perfect blend of knowledge and entertainment, leaving participants with valuable insights, stronger teamwork skills, and a truly enjoyable experience. 
                                                        I Thank Principal Dr. Ganesh Patare for taking initiative to organize such a program exclusively for teachers. Also I would like to thank the event Co-ordinator Dr. Swapna Kolhatkar for organising everything, I thank Dr. Kalpana Vaidya & Prof. Amit Girigosavi for taking initiative to organize interesting Management games for the faculties.

All participants were happy to be a part of this memorable program.
