Marathwada Freedom Movement

Marathwada Mitra Mandal's College of Commerce, Department of Commerce has conducted the event to commemorate the struggle taken place against the Nizam rule which resulted into integration of Princely State of Hyderabad into Union of India on 17 sep. 1948. The event was organized by NSS unit of college under the supervision and guidance of Prof. Sushil Gangane sir. On this occasion, the contests (elocution & poster making) were arranged for the students. 100+ students were present during the event & the posters exhibition were organized. *The short documentary film on Marathwada Freedom Movement* displayed to inform the students about a legacy of struggle, leaders, and martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the cause. 

The senior faculty members, Prof. Dr. Punam Shinde, Prof. Rekha Katarmal, Prof. Pankaj Ghorpade, Prof. Tukaram Patil sir, Prof. Dr. Pramod Sapkal helped to ensure the successful organization of program. HoD S. M. Edake sir, HoD Shilpa Kabra Ma'am, HoD Prof. Nidhi Satavlekar ma'am encouraged with their presence. 

Slogan writing competition

 The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 was enacted on 11th of August. On the basis of the the said enactment the Department of Commerce had organized poster making and slogan writing competition today. The theme of the competition was “ Don’t get hacked, Stay protected.” Students from all the departments participated in the competitions.

वृक्षारोपणचा कार्यक्रम

 मराठवाडा मित्र मंडळ कॉलेज ऑफ कॉमर्स निवडणूक साक्षरता मंडळातर्फे( Electoral Literacy Club) आज दि 14 ऑगस्ट 2023 रोजी सकाळी 8.30 वाजता निवडणूक आयोग पुणे जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालय,निवडणूक साक्षरता मंडळ, राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना आणि We Foundation यांच्यावतीने  प्रतीकात्मक वृक्षारोपणाचा कार्यक्रम वनदेवी टेकडी, कर्वेनगर येथे मोठया उत्साहात राबविण्यात आला. यामध्ये अनेक महाविद्यालय व क्लब  सहभागी झाले होते.मराठवाडा मित्र मंडळ कॉलेज ऑफ कॉमर्समधील निवडणूक साक्षरता मंडळा अंतर्गत (Electoral Literacy Club)एकूण 35 विद्यार्थ्यांनी यामध्ये उत्स्फूर्तपणे सहभाग नोंदवला आणि वृक्षारोपण केले. या प्रसंगी निवडणूक आयोगाचे मुख्य निवडणूक अधिकारी  श्री. श्रीकांत देशपांडे व इतर प्रतिनिधी तसेच We Foundation चे प्रतिनिधी उपस्थित होते त्यांनी विद्यार्थ्यांसोबत वृक्षारोपण आणि पर्यावरण बाबत संवाद साधला आणि सहभागाबाबत विद्यार्थ्यांचे आणि महाविद्यालयाचे कौतुक केले. महाविद्यालय स्तरावर कार्यक्रम यशस्वी होण्यात  महाविद्यालयाचे प्राचार्य डॉ. देवीदास गोल्हार, प्रा. सारंग एडके यांचे मार्गदर्शन लाभले.  महाविद्यालय नोडल अधिकारी म्हणून डॉ. पूनम शिंदे आणि कॅम्पस अँबेसिडर म्हणून सौरव ढमाले यांनी काम पाहिले.

 

 

Research Paper publication by BBA students

  4 BBA students' Shivam Shukla, Utkarsh Bamb, Hiten Bora and Atharva Rathod got their   'Research Paper published in Research Magazine with an ISBN 978-81-955505-0-0.The students were guided by Prof. Snehal Borkar (Finance), Prof. Gurmeet Kaur Rajpal( HR) and Dr. Ashwini Kulkarni ( Marketing) from Department of Business Administration

Soft skill Development by the resource guest Ms Jasmine Thomas

 Priyadarshini Yuvati Manch in coordination with Brand touch and Analytics conducted seminar sponsored by Whisper and Gillete (P&G)  on personal hygiene and Soft skill Development by the resource guest  Ms Jasmine Thomas, an Educator  and Soft Skill Trainer for girl students of FY/SY/TY B.com and BBA/BBA(IB) .

227 girl students attended the seminar. 

The  students  were distributed gift hampers and college has received participation certificate.
