NSS Activity - Blood Donation and Street Play

 *राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना दिन MMCC महाविद्यालयात मोठ्या उत्साहात साजरा*:






आज दिनांक 24 सप्टेंबर 2022 रोजी राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना दिन महाविद्यालयात मोठ्या उत्साहात साजरा करण्यात आला. याप्रसंगी राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना आणि विद्यार्थी विकास मंडळ यांच्या संयुक्त विद्यमाने तसेच ससून सर्वोपचार रुग्णालय, पुणे यांच्या सहयोगाने महाविद्यालयात विशेष रक्तदान शिबिराचे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते. याप्रसंगी महाविद्यालयातील 58 जणांनी रक्तदान केले. तसेच विद्यार्थ्यांनी पथनाट्याच्या माध्यमातून 'रक्तदान हेच सर्वश्रेष्ठ दान' असा संदेश जनसामान्यांपर्यंत पोहोचविला आणि रक्तदानासाठी आवाहन केले. याप्रसंगी प्रमुख मार्गदर्शक म्हणून मराठवाडा मित्र मंडळ संस्थेचे कार्यकारिणी सदस्य मा. प्रा. तेज निवळीकर सर उपस्थित होते. तसेच ससून सर्वोपचार रुग्णालयाच्या वतीने सामाजिक अधीक्षक डॉ. अरुण बर्डे तसेच रक्त संक्रमण अधिकारी डॉ. प्रगती सिंग यादेखील उपस्थित होत्या. महाविद्यालयाचे प्राचार्य डॉ. देविदास गोल्हार , वाणिज्य विभागप्रमुख एस. एम. एडके यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली सदर शिबिर यशस्वीपणे पार पडले. मराठवाडा मित्र मंडळ संस्थेचे कार्याध्यक्ष मा.श्री. भाऊसाहेब जाधव सर यांनी विद्यार्थ्यांना राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना दिनाच्या शुभेच्छा दिल्या. प्रा. निवळीकर सर यांनी व्यक्तिमत्व विकासात राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजनेची भूमिका या विषयावर विद्यार्थ्यांना मार्गदर्शन केले. महाविद्यालयातील 176 विद्यार्थ्यांनी या कार्यक्रमाचा लाभ घेतला. 

First in National Level Poster Competition on Business Idea organized by St Mira's College


Student of *SYBBA Shivani Shinde secured *1st position* in the *National Level Poster Competition on 'Business Idea'* organised by St.Mira College's Centre for Women Entrepreneurship and IIC. She presented her Business Plan during competition. As a prize she received a prize money of *Rs 2000/- and the certificate*.

Swachchhta Abhiyan


 Students participated in swachata abhiyan on 17th Sept 2022. They presented a skit related to pariyavaron at omkareshwar mandir pune. More than 55 students present today

Career Counseling Session by CA Sarvesh Mahendale


On 17th September 2022, Department of Commerce in collaboration with WIRC- ICAI Pune Chapter,Pune organized a "Career Counseling Session" For FY B.Com students.CA Sarvesh Mehndale (Managing Committee Member - Maharashtra Tax Practitioners Association) delivered a talk on Career in Commerce special reference to Chartered Accountancy examinations. For this session more than 160 students were present.

Walk of Unity and Maharashtra chi Lokdhara

 In celebration of “Aazadi Ka Amrit Mohotsav” and Maharashtra Day” Marathwada Mitra Mandal`s College of Commerce has organized various Cultural Programs form 19th April to 30th on college campus with tremendous response from students.



Cultural Committee of college organized and executed the events in a descent manner. Principal Dr Devidas Golhar and Committee Coordinator Prof. Meenal Kabra, welcomed the renowned guests of the events. Senior Police Inspector Mr. Murlidhar Karape and Police Inspector Ms. Meera Kavatikwar from Deccan Police Station were the chief guests for the cultural programs of Maharashtra chi Lokdhara and Walk of Unity respectively.

Inauguration of Maitreya: A dedicated space for expressing creativity called Maitreya (Friendship) has been inaugurated by Police Inspector Ms. Meera Kavatikwar on 29th April 2022.

महाष्ट् ची ार: A special and dedicated cultural event on the occasion of Maharashtra Din / Day (1st May) has been celebrated on the campus by presenting thirteen various traditional plays, dance, Mallakhamb, Bhaarud, Lezim and much more.


These cultural events also captured the attention of mainstream media and press of Pune. This type of event happened after a gap of two years; everyone including students, teachers, and administration staff were amazed. MMCC celebrated Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav in real sense!

MMCC students give a message of Unity; it is a tiny step towards Global Peace. Indian tradition and history is known in the world for maintaining harmony in society as whole. Expecting a peaceful global village where the future leaders of MMCC would lead it with core humane values!
