डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर जयंती

 आज दिनांक 15 एप्रिल 2025 रोजी  ग्रंथालयामध्ये डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांच्या 134 व्या जयंतीनिमित्त विविध कार्यक्रमाचे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते. प्राचार्य डॉ.  गणेश पटारे  यांनी डॉ. आंबेडकर यांच्या प्रतिमेस पुष्पहार अर्पण करून अभिवादन केले. या संबंधित ग्रंथ ग्रंथालयात प्रदर्शित करण्यात आली होती. तसेच *पत्रकार डॉक्टर बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर* या विषयावरती प्रा. स्वप्निल कांबळे सर यांचे व्याख्यान आयोजित करण्यात आले होते. याबरोबरच *सलग आठ तास अभ्यास अभियानाचे* आयोजन करण्यात आले होते.  9 ते  5 वाजेपर्यंत विद्यार्थ्यांनी वाचन व अभ्यास केले.266 विद्यार्थ्यांनी यामध्ये सहभाग नोंदविला. ग्रंथपाल प्रा. मनोहर गोहने यांनी कार्यक्रमाचे सूत्रसंचालन केले. श्री आनंद भवारी यांनी आभार प्रदर्शन केले. प्रा. निधी सातवळेकर आणि डॉ. अश्विनी कुलकर्णी यांनी विद्यार्थ्यांच्या उपस्थितीबद्दल विशेष काळजी घेतली त्याबद्दल त्यांचे आभार. प्रा. स्वप्निल कांबळे सर यांनी विद्यार्थ्यांना मोलाचे मार्गदर्शन केले त्याबद्दल त्यांचे आभार. सर्व विद्यार्थी आणी प्राध्यापकांचे आभार. प्राचार्य डॉ. गणेश पटारे सर यांनी मोलाचे मार्गदर्शन व सहकार्य केले त्याबद्दल आभार. 

Women Maharashtra Cricket Primium League

 आपल्या महाविद्यालयातील कु. तेजश्री ननावरे (PGDBF) या विद्यार्थिनी ची Women Maharashtra Primium Cricket League *WMPL* साठी *रत्नागिरी जेट्स* या संघात निवड झाली आहे. त्यासाठी तिचे हार्दिक अभिनंदन.

DIPEX Startup Exhibition

We are pleased to inform you that a group of 20 students, along with faculty members, Asst. Prof. Snehal Borkar, Asst.Prof. Reshma Awati and Asst. Prof. Rushika Kinjwadekar, yesterday (5th April) visited the DIPEX Startup Exhibition organised by COEP college. It was an enriching experience where students gained valuable insights into the world of startups and innovation.

Dr. Punam Shinde selected as an author for a UGC Marathi textbook

 I am happy to share that I have been selected as an author for a UGC Marathi textbook in the Commerce stream, among 50 authors from Maharashtra across the Science, Commerce, and Arts streams. This prestigious project is led by the *Ministry of Education (Government of India), UGC, Bhartiya Bhasha Samiti, Marathi Bhasha Samvardhan Samiti, and SPPU*.

SPPU organized a two-day workshop to guide authors in textbook writing. I sincerely thank our Principal, Dr. Ganesh Patare Sir, for his support and for granting me permission to attend this session. I also extend my gratitude to the BCom Coordinator, Dr. Ashwini Parkhi Ma’am, for her support and cooperation.

Management Development Program (MDP) at Girivan, (Mulshi)

 

On 22nd March, 2025 the college organized a highly successful Management Development Program (MDP) at Girivan, (Mulshi) that combined insightful learning with engaging activities, making it a truly enriching experience for all participants.

The program featured exciting management games and fun activities to enhance learning in an engaging way.

Participants took part in team-building exercises, strategic decision-making simulations, and problem-solving challenges, which helped them apply management concepts in real-time scenarios. The management games encouraged creative thinking, collaboration, and effective decision-making.

To add an element of fun, the event also included many activities ensuring a lively and energetic atmosphere. These activities not only strengthened team dynamics but also made learning enjoyable and memorable.

Overall, the MDP was a perfect blend of knowledge and entertainment, leaving participants with valuable insights, stronger teamwork skills, and a truly enjoyable experience. 

                                                        I Thank Principal Dr. Ganesh Patare for taking initiative to organize such a program exclusively for teachers. Also I would like to thank the event Co-ordinator Dr. Swapna Kolhatkar for organising everything, I thank Dr. Kalpana Vaidya & Prof. Amit Girigosavi for taking initiative to organize interesting Management games for the faculties.

All participants were happy to be a part of this memorable program.
